Bio
Dr. Nichols is a Clinical Psychologist who received her undergraduate degree in Experimental Psychology from University College London, London England, her MBA from Sciences Po, Paris, France and her Ph.D. from Alliant International University, San Diego, California. Dr. Nichols received her certificate in Executive Coaching from Baruch College in New York City, NY, and ICF certified program.
Dr. Nichols has done Executive Coaching for Ashoka and other organizations.
Dr. Nichols has training and experience in conducting crisis assessments, crisis interventions, and the triaging of employees the workplace. Dr. Nichols has also worked on Lean Fundamental projects with Phoenix Consulting.
Dr. Nichols is currently managing a Mobile Crisis Team in Brooklyn, NY.
Dr. Nichols can do coaching in French and in English and has a NY State license.

Dr. E.J. Nichols is Director of Nichols and Associates, Inc., an applied behavioral science firm. The goal is to restructure organizations to achieve systemic congruence in processthrough cultural competence in leadership. An assessment and evaluation of a corporation’s systems and structures is made to enhance productivity – systemic congruence. An analysis of corporate staff’s leadership styles is made to ascertain if they are maximizing the efficiency of their multiethnic, pluralistic and linguistically diverse workforce – cultural competence.
He conducts workshops nationally and internationally in:
