“My coach was phenomenal. She understood my sports background, has been in similar work situations and was able to help me identify what I need to work on in a way that I was able to receive it.”

“She really helped me to realize that my work in India was over and it was time to let the team grow on their own and for me to come back to the US. In other words, it helped me to analyze critically what was happening/not working and make a decision about next steps, but it was not a process that helped me think about my passion, what was next. And maybe this was just because I couldn't think about this part while I was going through that transition.”
